"I built these sleeves. I used a special slash and pivot to create them. There are no gathers or puffs. The shoulder seams sit right on top of the natural shoulder. It gives a very clean line. It is both dramatic but not over done. It has pockets, an adjustable two way zipper adds an element of functionality to the jacket, allowing you to adjust the fit and style of your liking.
